Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A., parent company of the Gruppo Generali, one of the most important international insurance and financial groups, has chosen Archiutti to furnish its new offices in Cuneo. The project by Giacomo Vettoretto in cooperation with Archiutti's Technical Office covers a surface area of around 1400 sq m and includes offices, meeting rooms and spaces and a reception area.
A large staircase characterised by a red wall that recalls the group's corporate colour leads to a large reception area on the first floor with a semi-circular three-band ONDA counter: the top and bottom bands in metal grey and a centre band which recalls the corporate red colour; a small continuous crystal top acts as worktop for visitors. The operational spaces can be seen from the reception; they are organised in a number of offices with EKO workstations and are fitted with SPACE containers which act as filing space and partitions thanks to the crystal wall applied to the containers. These offices on this first floor are laid out along a corridor created using crystal walls from the WEST line with the exception of the upper band in maple; privacy is guaranteed by the sandblasted glass of the central modules of the wall.
From the reception, another staircase leads upstairs to the executive offices. This floor is also characterised by the colour red used for the plasterboard walls. The spaces are defined by WEST walls with an elegant and rhythmic combination of glass modules, closed modules and frosted crystal doors.
