Architects Holz-Bauer and Paul Piva have cured the reconversion of the industrial area of Marghera and the historical former mansion of the Petrochemical (Petroclchimico Marghera) , creating a new working-city of for the third millenium, planning a system of buildings particularly appreciable for the architectonic and technological solutions moving for the architectonic and technological solutions.

In this new city plan Unioncamere and Unindustria have been insediate. For Unioncamere architect Massimo Gin has cured the plan of the interior placing the porch plan in the functions of representation and reception, the Presidency, the managing offices, meeting rooms and exibitions. The areas Eurosportello and Centro Estero are placed in the upper level to coplete the insediation.

For every level an area of reception is found tie in directed of the vertical communications of the building, along the porch are placed the zones of open-space job and along the glass forehead north side the single offices. The dominant transparency in the facade of the building is brought back also to the inside in the dividing walls, they are characterized by a cherry wrap coordinated to the furnishings and that it gives a domestic/familiar connotation in a closely technological atmosphere.


The reception curves are articulated in compositions through technological panels of various height, it equips with plans in wood and crystal , and seats in black skin and chromium plated structure. The space dedicated to the operating job is immense and luminous, organized in islands fo four emplacements alternated to containers height 1,60 meters. The transparency is always protagonist for the directional offices, with furnishings in essential wood and aluminum and refines, spacey wall bookcases and boiserie in aluminum, still seats in black skin and aluminum.
